This double twisted yarn is suitable for various items of clothing such as sweaters, jackets, scarves or hats. This wool is obtained from the English Bluefaced Leicester sheep and is very popular with knitters because of its sheen and soft quality. Due to the high twist, this yarn looks pearly and is even more resistant. Thanks to its superwash finish, it can be washed in the washing machine on the wool cycle and is very well tolerated. However, I would prefer hand washing at any time in order to have longer of the knitted piece.
