Calkins 1841 Havarti

A milky, creamy, American Havarti-style cheese (one of the first we developed). This beauty is encased in bright yellow wax and was named after the year the farm was established.

1841 is a raw cow’s milk cheese, aged 3 months. Light and mild in flavor with a semi-firm texture. The finish of 1841 has a touch of tang that will bedazzle your taste buds.
