STUNNING grower, foliage to 4', flower umbels up to 8 feet tall! Known in korea as pig plant, Seombadi or Dwaejipul, very old-school heirloom makes a great addition to soups and other warming winter recipes. Super nutritious, super cold hardy, and super flavorful, more than celery, not as intense as lovage.
