Includes one 5"x8.25" Standard Wide Traveler's Notebook insert with 28 pages, based on my personal Habit Tracker layout that I've used for years.
The 28-page Habit Tracker features an introduction page, a summary page, and a dedicated two-page spread for each month from January to December.
Cover is 176 gsm, inside pages are 104 gsm.
Each monthly spread provides space to track up to 12 daily habits throughout the month, along with three boxes for quotes, decoration, end-of-month reflection, and more.
The grid-style tracker makes it easy to spot patterns at a glance, helping you quickly recognize trends, strengths, & areas for improvement without getting bogged down in details.
Habit tracking keeps you accountable, encourages consistency, and helps you visualize progress while keeping you motivated and organized; there's something so satisfying about marking off those boxes each day... am I right?!
Fits Standard size traveler's notebooks; refer to the Traveler's Notebook Size Guide below for an overview of different size inserts.
