Marieke Truffle Gouda

Marieke Penterman was born and raised in the Netherlands where she grew up on her parents' 60 cow dairy farm. Today she makes authentic Dutch Gouda cheese with her husband on their dairy farm.

Marieke® Gouda is a rich farmstead cheese with savory aromas and woody flavor notes. Made from fresh raw milk on a family farm, it is handcrafted using traditional techniques and aged for at least 60 days on Dutch Pine planks.
