This Pizza Wheel's clear plastic wheel won’t damage non-stick pans or pizza stones. The Pizza Wheel's edge is tapered so it slices easily and cleanly, even through thick crusts, and the slick surface prevents cheese from sticking. A die-cast zinc thumb guard keeps hands away from the blade.
